Increase number of daemon workers upon need

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When using the vibroscopy plugin with structures with a considerable number of atoms in the unit cell,
the daemon gets oveyrwhealm requiring to do `verdi daemon incr`
This is invisible for the user.
The App should somehow consider this and increase the workers based on needs.
