Override and update the parameters of builder

The builder of QeAppWorkchain is now create with passing overrides parameters of every subworkchain. However, the resources setting is still applied to the workchains after the builder was created. It seems not very clear how the resources settings are applied to every subworkchain from just look at the `_update_builder` function.
