A deep nightly test with cache on to run from start to end using the localhost

The current nightly test only make sure the notebook is open and can have structure loaded.
We need a test to go through all the steps.
To achieve this, we need to install the qe and setup the code before the test.
In the test, we want to run a real calculation with the cache on so the calculation finished quickly.
