'Install codes' button failed after manually relabel or delete qe codes

Description
The `Install codes` button in step 3 'Choose computational resources' for re-configure qe codes in localhost not working when I test to move the codes and use the button to setup codes.
This might be caused by the caching and lock file of QE setup widget is not fully cleaned up.
