Consider add job selection dropdown back

One nice feature we had before with the dropdown (that indeed we asked to remove) is to see and change with just 1/2 clicks the recent jobs.
If the job list switching becomes very fast (<1 second) with the new refactoring, that it’s no bit problem
If it still takes >5 seconds to open it, and >5 seconds to open the workflow, maybe we could have a dropdown at the top, near the “new calculation” button, to just show the last XX submission (e.g. XX=20), as this is probably something very common to do (similar to a simplified/opinionated job list)
