Add `-pd` option in the resource widget with explanation

As suggested by @AndresOrtegaGuerrero ,
- implement in the resource panel in a way the users can activate or deactivate the `-pd`.
- -add explanation to the users about resources and the computers they are using. E.g.: if you are using a computer with plenty of cpus, you can set -pd true , projwfc and dos are post procesing codes you can use a smaller number of cpus, wrt to the max of your computer
