## Proposal
It could be nice if the following steps:
```console
aiidalab-launch profiles add foo-profile
aiidalab-launch start --profile=foo-profile
```
could be executed just with:
```console
aiidalab-launch start --profile=foo-profile
```
in which case `aiidalab-launch` would automatically invoke the _add profile_ flow in case that the profile does not exist yet.
Pros:
- streamlines workflow
Cons:
- may lead to inadvertent profiles created on typos (could be mitigated with a confirmation prompt)
