描述
Unlike `aiidalab-launch exec` this would allow running commands on stopped instances (same distinction between `docker run` and `docker exec`). This would be helpful especially if a container fails at startup and one needs to execute something to fix that.
(Motivation case, I need to uninstall the old version of pydantic that was installed in `~/.local` and is causing issue with new images with aiida-core>=2.5)
