描述
**Input**: dataframe with sentences in text format, report id, sentence id
**Output**: dataframe with input columns plus chunk text and chunk id
Behaviour: stores and versions chunking results in an extra directory. If already existent and completed, load chunks. If chunked newly, output HINT for versioning directory with DVC.
