描述
This is because procedue which count optuna parameters does not check if parameters is enabled for optuna tuning (enabled_if parameter).
Example of this is if running online RMIA attack with gamma specified, optuna is run to optimize zero parameters (since offline_a is not enabled but counted in AbstractMia.set_effective_optuna_metadata)
