[BUG] cannot use ctrl+up/down to navigate chat history

### Describe the bug / 描述问题

canot use the captioned shortcut to navigate the chat history, tried both relogin and reload , did NOT take effect

Moreover, i press 'ctrl+down' , the whole input area disappeared immediately, and press ctrl+r will make the input area come back again

### To Reproduce / 复现步骤

1. focus on input area
2. press ctrl+down,
3. the input area disappeared,
4. ctrl+r will make the input area come back again

### Expected behavior / 期望行为

ctrl+up/down will show previous/next chat entry in the chat history
