[BUG] Spell checker flags words not in system display language on Windows.

### Describe the bug / 描述问题

My system display language is Brazilian Portuguese, but I have both Portuguese and English language packs installed. ChatALL keeps flagging text as misspelled. There's no context actions available when selecting the flagged words.
* Changing ChatALL app language won't fix it.
* Can't disable spell checker on ChatALL.
* Disabling Windows spell checker won't fix it.

### To Reproduce / 复现步骤

* Windows 11 (64 bits)
* Portuguese (Brazil) as the system display language
* Portuguese (Brazil) as primary language pack
* English (US) as secondary language pack
* English as ChatALL app language
* ChatALL v1.42.70

### Expected behavior / 期望行为

An option to disable the spell checker would be enough.
