As a user, if I make a mistake giving feedback on an ID I would like to be able to change/update my feedback

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When verifying or correcting an ID, if I make a mistake (for example, click the green checkmark on a seed that was incorrectly ID'd) and attempt to correct it, I get the error shown in the screenshot below.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like to be able to change or update my feedback. A warning box saying something like "You have already given feedback on this seed, do you wish to overwrite it?" or something would be great.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
The error box doesn't appear until after you've made the change/correction and clicked submit. It would be nice if it (or the warning box) would appear right when you go to click the checkmark or x to give more feedback, so you don't go through several steps of the process first.

Alternatively, it might be nice if the checkmark/x box changed after feedback is given, maybe to say something like "Change feedback?", which you could click to modify the feedback you had given before.
