Have a reStructuredText directive for oembed, how can I contribute it?

Hello,

I wrote simple reStructuredText directives based on django-oembed, that
allow to easily add videos to a rst based text. Since these directives
require both django and django-oembed I think they naturally should be part
of the django-oembed project. I couldn't find other way to contact the
project owner... If you agree to that, how shall I do that?

I'm attaching the code, it is in a single file. Documentation is inside.
