### Feature description

Besides LastDayOfMonthExpression, I want to one more expression for last-N on day.

Attach is the patch I want to submit. Is it possible to merge into? If yes, what is the process to create pull request?

### Use case

In my project, I need to retrieve the Nth-to-last day in a given month. For instance, I'd like to get the 2nd-to-last day in March.
