Ability to use multiple auth keys

I have a personal auth key. A friend of mine sends another auth key to add to his team. Is there a way to use multiple auth keys? To switch between personal key and the other key ([like how heroku account can be switch](https://github.com/heroku/heroku-accounts)) or much better tunnelto figures out which key to use based on directory?
