Images not regenerated on FrontMatter changes

It seems, most of the time, when changing FrontMatter `ogImage` contents the actiom does not reflect the changes and posts the very first version from the given PR again and again.
(Same for the images it commits into the PR)

_please dont take all the issues I opened personally. I am noting what I experience on first use as a newcomer. When time allows I will see whether I can send fixes for some of the issues_
