Create Kafka Serializer and Deserializer

Featuring standard Serializer and Deserializer instances for Kafka Publisher Consumer framework would be very nice to make the adoption of Darwin smooth. Confluent itself publishes an [Avro Serializer](https://docs.confluent.io/current/schema-registry/serdes-develop/serdes-avro.html) that connects to their Schema Registry.
