`keras.utils.model_to_dot` doesn't seem to exist

[The first notebook](https://github.com/ageron/tf2_course/blob/master/01_neural_nets_with_keras.ipynb) about 20% down has a cell with commented out call to `keras.utils.model_to_dot`, which doesn't seem to be available in TF 2.0.
Possibly replace with [tf.keras.utils.plot_model](https://www.tensorflow.org/versions/r2.0/api_docs/python/tf/keras/utils/plot_model)?
