[QUESTION] availabilty of removed sections/appendices

According to CHANGES.md

> Other sections have been removed and will be added to this repository within the next few weeks, including kernel principal component analysis (kPCA), mathematical details of Bayesian Gaussian mixtures, TF Agents, and former appendices C (support vector machine math), and E (extra neural net architectures).

But I can't find those sections/appendices in the repository (neither as PDF nor as part of the notebooks). So I was wondering what the status is - perfectly understandable if the publisher doesn't allow you to post them for free after all.
More concretely, we are using the book for a lecture and we used SVM math from the second edition.
