TruncatedFormatterBase does not include timestamp information when composing the prompt

When prompts are reorganized through the formatter, they become a list where responses from system, assistant, and user are aggregated separately. While this can effectively reduce token usage, it loses the original dialogue temporal sequence information. I was wondering what considerations led to this design choice?
