We’re currently working on improving sandbox session management to address issues such as:
- Idle containers consuming CPU/memory indefinitely
- Loss of runtime configuration after container destruction
- Manual reinitialization hurting user experience

A proposal has been posted in **GitHub Discussions** detailing:
1. **Heartbeat mechanism** — detect session activity automatically
2. **Idle timeout handling** — release unused resources
3. **Snapshot save & restore** — filesystem + runtime configs
4. **Extensible snapshot format** for future features
