[Question]: Plan Mode

## Question or topic

I know there is a new mission and goal mode etc, but the plan mode was great to let me see what the model planned to do. I realize we have the snapshots option so we can rollback code, but that means we have to wait for the model to do the wrong thing and then roll back etc. Is there an option for us to be able to use plan mode again - goal still executes the code etc. I have thought about denying tool calls, but then I keep getting the query and I have to keep denying etc and the model does not realize I want it to stick to read only mode.

## Context

Plan mode helps by allowing us to get an idea and guide the model BEFORE it tries to make changes, which drastically improves and speeds up the correct output. The original plan mode was brilliant, and I am hoping we can have something very similar again.

## Tried so far

I have tried mission (this does not work as I am using local models and phase 2 tries to run multiple subagents at the same time that then crash the machine. Goal mode does not work as there is no option to create an approval plan first, it just executes tools immediately. I also tried to create my own loop, but there is no option to create a plan first and then execute tools through a plan.

**Note:** Thank you for the system, it is brilliant and I chose it over all the others because I do feel it has so much to offer in so many ways and the ease of use is incredible, this is in no way a reflection on the system or the brilliant work done. I am hoping the plan mode can be reinstated in some that I am not understanding at the moment or at least a way that we can enable the same functionality for those of us that liked the old way it was done (I loved that we could see what the plan was etc.) On a side note, the Kanboard looks interesting, but it is not in English, even though all my settings are in English, when I run it I can't use it as I am not sure what all the different elements are. It does look really interesting I would like to see when there is an English version of it.
