[Bug]: Dashboard Qwenpaw Tooks 6 min+ to Loads

## QwenPaw Version

Qwenpaw 2.1.0 using Docker

## Description

I spawn 74 agents on single instances. When I call the qwenpaw using API it respond. it can gave me the list agent, the conversation, all the functionality is running well. However, when I try to access the dashboard through localhost:8088 it doesnt return anything. Just blank screen. When I access the chrome dev tools, the network tabs doesnt call anything.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn 74 Agents in single instances
2. Go to localhost:8088
3. Blank

## Actual vs Expected

- **Actual:** when go to localhost:8088 it appear blank screen
- **Expected:** showing dashboard for openclaw
