v1.1.8.post1 (macOS App Bundle)
## Description
After upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26.5, the desktop app crashes immediately (SIGSEGV) when receiving messages via Feishu channel. Console channel works fine. Crash logs show Python 3.10 segfaulting in `tokio-rt-worker` / `asyncio` loop.
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Install/Run QwenPaw v1.1.8.post1 on macOS 26.5.
2. Configure Feishu channel.
3. Send a message from Feishu.
4. App crashes instantly.
## Environment
- OS: macOS 26.5 (25F71)
- Install method: macOS App Bundle (.dmg)
- Python version: 3.10 (bundled)
