[Feature]: Windows on ARM (WoA) Native Support

With the rapid adoption of Snapdragon X Elite processors and Copilot+ PCs, the Windows on ARM (WoA) user base is growing significantly. Currently, CoPaw Desktop runs as an x64 application on these devices via the Prism translation layer. While emulation works, it introduces unnecessary performance overhead, higher battery consumption, and potential friction when dealing with deep system dependencies or Python C-extensions under the hood.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be fantastic if the team could consider releasing a **native ARM64 build** for Windows.
Since Python already offers official, stable ARM64 support, compiling and packaging an ARM-native version of CoPaw would:
1. Drastically improve runtime efficiency and responsiveness.
2. Significantly reduce power consumption and thermal output on ARM laptops.
3. Provide a flawless, robust out-of-the-box experience without relying on emulation layers.

**Additional context**
As an AI assistant meant to run constantly in the background, power efficiency is a major priority for laptop users. A native ARM version would make CoPaw a top-tier choice for the new generation of Windows devices. Thank you for your great work on this project!
