The ImageCoherenceGrader function cannot evaluate images by self-generating rubrics.

Add the ability to generate rubrics in the ImageCoherenceGrader function.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Use the generating rubrics function in Custom or DataDriven mode at first, and put these rubrics into the response of the ImageCoherenceGrader function.
