Issue: Docker image pull fails with EOF (Alibaba registry, India region)

Hi, I’m trying to set up HiClaw using the provided setup, but the manager image pull consistently fails.

**Environment:**

* OS: macOS
* Docker: Latest-Stable
* Location: India

**Error:**

failed to copy: httpReadSeeker: failed open: failed to do request: Get "https://": EOF
```

**What I’m observing:**

* Image pull starts normally (layers begin downloading)
* Some layers complete successfully
* Fails mid-download on certain layers with `EOF`
* Retrying resumes partially but fails again

**What I’ve tried:**

* Retrying multiple times
* Increasing Docker timeout
* Stable internet connection

**Observation:**

This seems like a network reliability issue when pulling from Alibaba Cloud registry (`aliyuncs.com`) from India.

**Question:**

* Is there a mirror (Docker Hub / GHCR) for this image?
* Any recommended workaround for regions where aliyuncs registry is unstable?
