建议新增功能：辞退 manager，招新的 manager || Suggested new features: dismiss manager and recruit new manager

背景：
目前用的 1.0.4 版本。manager还是会出现不回我私聊消息、群里也不监督进度的问题，导致创建的 10 几个worker自发推进，没人协调问题和提交代码，我也没法做安排新的项目。
需求：
在界面上手动提供辞退 manager， 招聘新 manager 的功能。这样，能立刻接手我的worker 团队，以及处理新的项目，而不用等我想办法解决 manager 不回消息的问题。

Background:
Currently using version 1.0.4. There are still problems with the manager not replying to my private messages and not supervising the progress in the group. As a result, the 10 or so workers created spontaneously progressed without anyone coordinating issues and submitting codes, and I was unable to arrange new projects.
Requirements:
Manually provide functions for dismissing managers and recruiting new managers on the interface. In this way, I can immediately take over my worker team and handle new projects without waiting for me to figure out a solution to the problem of the manager not replying to messages.
