Manager的sub agent智能体是否可以纳入Martix的账号管理，而不是通过Default Manager与其他Worker通讯。

通过Manager这个角色的实例比如QwenPaw可以创建多个Agent，这个Agent是否也可以创建一个身份与Default Agent具备相同的运行实例，但是能力上去掉管理的一些能力。这样也可以和Worker通讯。

Multiple Agents can be created through instances of the Manager role such as QwenPaw. Can this Agent also create a running instance with the same identity as the Default Agent, but without some management capabilities? This way you can also communicate with Workers.
