Project Description & Request
IICP is an open, provider-neutral protocol and control-plane architecture for resolving an intent into an eligible execution provider. This repository contains the normative specifications, schemas, registries, security boundaries, conformance fixtures, and standalone conformance runner. Execution remains with HTTP, MCP, A2A, or another binding. Request: list IICP in the OIA Application Matrix as infrastructure for discovery, eligibility, selection, route authority, and interoperability.
