python3 setup.py install --yes USE_AVX_INSTRUCTIONS error

  hello
  i followed this commands in this link
  but when it comes to the command : python3 setup.py install --yes USE_AVX_INSTRUCTIONS

it gives me this error

variable.

what is the problem ?? any solutions ?

Start with the Dockerfile section linked in the issue, especially lines 6-34, and compare its installation command with the reported python3 setup.py install --yes USE_AVX_INSTRUCTIONS invocation. Reproduce the command in the stated Ubuntu/Python environment and identify the installation-directory permission failure; this is done when the documented installation completes without that error.
