Research direction

Start by running facerec_from_webcam_faster.py on the reported Python 3.6.3 and Windows 10 setup, then measure its current frame rate and identify where processing time is spent. The issue is complete when real-time recognition reaches the requested 25 frames per second without breaking recognition behavior.
