Description
I want to demonstrate that we can do face recognition and the application requires it to be from a camera feed mounted on a wall or something , so the camera will be facing downwards but I can only recognize when the person is closer to the camera.I would like to know what I can do to make this work like it did when i tried using it from a webcam mounted on my pc.
What I Did
I am able to run this successfully when webcam is mounted on a pc but when I try to do it on a moving target and the angle is like that of a cctv camera I don't get good results , I hope its fine to ask this question here.
Thank you.

Research direction
The issue names no source files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the reported behavior with face_recognition 0.1.0 on Python 3.6.3 and Windows 7 using a downward-facing camera feed, then determine whether the project has a documented or supported approach for this camera angle. Done would require a clearly defined change or documented limitation, with verification on the described setup.
