The following code will autoplay the video when it shouldn't:

                <video id="video" src="video/Video.mp4" webkit-playsinline>
            </a-assets>

            <a-camera position="0 7 5">
                <a-cursor color="#FF0000">
            </a-camera>

            <a-video src="#video" width="16" height="9" position="0 0 0"></a-video>
        </a-scene>
  • A-Frame Version: 0.4.0

Research direction

Start by running the provided A-Frame scene in Chrome on macOS and confirm that the video plays without an autoplay attribute. Trace how the video asset and the a-video component are initialized, then verify that the same scene remains paused until explicitly played.
