What happened?
Today, thanks to a friend, I managed to get a KiwiSDR working on AESDR. It was fairly simple, but it could be even easier: instead of entering credentials for individual Kiwi units, one could simply add the KiwiSDR public list page (http://kiwisdr.com/public/) and let the user select the desired one much like the WebSDR page (http://websdr.org/).

Research direction
Start by locating the existing WebSDR functionality and reviewing the KiwiSDR public list at http://kiwisdr.com/public/. Determine how a user can select a public KiwiSDR without entering credentials for each unit. Done means the application offers a comparable public-list selection flow for KiwiSDR stations.
