[Feature] Notification if checkrr found a problem.

Heya.

So I see `notificationtypes` are reacquire, startrun, endrun, and unknowndetected.
I'd like to request one for when checkrr finds an issue, such as when I get "data problem" with one of my movies.

I actually tried putting `- dataproblem` as a type but it does nothing.
