[FEATURE-REQUEST] Option to hide copyright footer

Don't want any microcopy referring to Kaffy

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Let users opt out, or change text of footer

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
A config option to disable copyright footer, or overwrite it

**Additional context**
Would be happy to take a stab at a PR if its a wanted feature
