[FEATURE-REQUEST] set default value for a filters instead of All

Hi,

**Describe the problem you're proposing to solve**
I was wondering how to set a custom value as the default value for a filter. for example, I have a `status` column and in my index and I would like by default display any resources that have a `status == XXX` instead of *All*.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
So either set a default when setting up filter ou just add a custom query params to the link on the left menu.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I can achieve that by adding a link to a custom page or dashboard. But I was wondering whether the is another way.
