inconsistency in PERLEX dataset's entity tags

Description
it can be seen here the that the two tags in the middle have be swapped places. the root of the problem is the challenge of typing a mixed text of symbols, latin and arabic writing. here you can see the visualization of the abovementioned text in a word editor after selecting right to left writing:
