App Logging

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

It would be helpful for bugs like #946 to have app wide logging, that can be downloaded by the user and included in a bug report.

App wide logging of app errors, events etc. that can be used as needed throughout the app

**Additional context**

I will be working on this shortly.

There will be no phone home. Only user download of archive.
