[PWA 1.9.2] Cursor disappears behind new formatting bar when composing comments or text posts

When composing a comment or text post, and whatever you're writing gets longer than the text area allows, the cursor starts disappearing behind the keyboard and formatting bar, instead of moving the text up to keep the cursor visible.

When the cursor does start to disappear, there also seems to be an issue with scrolling — 90% of the time, the text just won't move, so I can't catch up with the cursor. I've tried dragging everywhere on the screen, and it just doesn't work most of the time.

This has been an issue in the last few versions, although I can't say precisely when it started happening. My guess is that it was around the time the formatting bar was introduced.

I tested this in the Android app as well, which has the correct behaviour of shifting the text up.
