Gesture handler to block community/user/instance

It's a bit annoying to aim and hold a community's name or a username to block it, swiping a post or a comment could be a great way to block things instantly

Add various handlers to block content to the Gestures menu

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Existing block routes are at least two actions, this would be one effective action
