I'm suddenly seeing blocked communities in local feed (possibly piefed only)

As of version 2.45.1, I'm now seeing communities I have previously blocked showing in the local feed. I have verified in my browser this is not an issue with the instance itself.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Block a community (or have a community previously blocked)
2. Reload the app
3. Go to local
4. See blocked communities are present in the feed

**Expected behavior**
Blocked communities should stay blocked and never be visible.

**Additional context**
This seems to be limited to my piefed account and does not occur on my Lemmy account.
