Disable infinite scroll by default

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Infinite scroll makes social media platforms notably more addictive. It is one of the features cited in recent lawsuits against Meta and Google (https://www.nytimes.com/2026/03/25/technology/social-media-trial-verdict.html). I always disable infinite scroll on Voyager for these reasons.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Make infinite scroll opt-in, and disabled by default.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Not sure of any alternatives to this, maybe a dialog when the app is opened or the user reaches the end of a page for the first time, asking if the user wants to enable/disable infinite scroll. Not sure that is necessary though.
