Implement 'banned' and 'Banned from community' badges

It isn't always made clear when a user is banned from the instance or banned from the community so you might respond to them expecting a response or for them to see it but they'll never see it.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Implement 'banned' and 'banned from community' badges in the app like they are in the default Lemmy-UI frontend to be able to tell when users are banned and/or banned from the community
