Thumbnails autoplay even when setting is off.

Animated thumbnails start playing automatically even when the *Autoplay GIFs/Videos* setting is off.

**To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn off autoplay in Settings > General
2. Open https://lemmy.blahaj.zone/post/12773045 (post in gamedev(at)lemmy.blahaj.zone)
3. The thumbnail will still autoplay

**Expected behavior**

The thumbnail should not autoplay.
