[Feature Request] ability to type in hex codes for user tag colours

It's hard to get an exact colour with the colour picker, it would be easier if I could just type in a hex code

I would like an option to type in a hex code, allowing me to easily get an exact colour

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Just using the colour picker, which is fiddly and you can't get the exact colour

**Additional context**
Adding a specific hex tag was literally the &irst thing I tried lol
