**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When browsing communities on the Voyager app, spoiler images are shown by default instead of hidden as it is handled by a browser.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Ideally the image should be blurred in the same way that NSFW images are handled.
Otherwise, they could be hidden in the way that browsers handle it.
