Share as Image broken on some Image Posts when setting 'Autoplay GIFs/Videos' option to Wi-fi/Never

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to vger.app
2. Go to settings > general, set the setting 'Autoplay GIFs/Videos' to WIFI/Never
3. Go to https://vger.app/profile/lemmy.ml/c/196@lemmy.blahaj.zone/comments/19277271
4. Click Share as Image and Enable 'Include Post Details' and 'Include Post Text'

**Expected behaviour**
Preview Contains the Image in the Post

The image in the post is .webp (non-animated), and it shows up on the post, but not on the share preview when this setting is set
